This dress is made for dancing. It is a beautiful new silhouette from Casey Casey, a classic shirtdress bodice with two very full tiers of beautiful paper cotton. There is a button placket in the front, buttons at the sleeve cuffs, and side pockets. The first skirt tier is shorter and leads into a super long dramatic skirt that we can't get enough of. This dress is truly something special.
