This skirt is made from the softest silk cotton lawn fabric.  It has small pleats that run vertically from the waist line to well below the hip, creating a slight drop waist effect.  There is a invisible side zipper closure an the skirt is partially lined in the same fabric.  Paired with the matching shirt, it creates a really wonderful full look.
