What a neat skirt!  It has inverted box pleats that run all the way down that are top stitched so you never have to worry about loosing the pleated effect.  It has an elasticated waist so wearing it is a breeze.   The fabric is a beautiful linen twill, perfect for year round wear.  We love it with the matching vest, it makes such a nice outfit.
