This duster coat is made from a beautiful antique linen and overdyed to an anthracite charcoal color.  It has lots of wonderful details, such as the velvet lined front pockets or the hidden silk button placket lining.  There is an optional button closure tab at the top near the collar - perfect for when there is a slight breeze in the air. 

About Monad London

Daniel Olatunji started his line Monad after graduating from Central Saint Martins having studied menswear and tailoring.  Throughout his process, Daniel refines the craft of combining in-depth textile research and precise tailoring all while leaving some details just a little bit imperfect.  In his own words, “Monad makes meticulously imperfect, tailored garments. Meticulous because they are made by hand, often down to very fibre. It means every Monad piece is individual; it always celebrates craft and process."
