This is a perfect spring shirt jacket, aka a "shacket".  It's made of a thick knit jersey which has a great handle.  And the best part is there is a little embroidered dog near the front hem!  How charming!  It has a stand collar and buttons up the front and a back hem that is slightly longer than the front.
