Details

This skirt is made from a soft cotton lawn and has a pleated elasticated drawstring waist.  There are side pockets too!  But most importantly, there is subtle tonal embroidery all around the skirt hem of different animals!  There are so many to see!  We love that this skirt offers a classic and elevated look and at the same time compliments it with a bit of secret whimsy - what could be better?

About Arts & Science

Arts & Science was founded by Sonya Park in 2003 with the designer's goal of opening a small shop selling only the things she truly loved.  Originally she brought in antique pieces of furniture and clothing sourced from Europe.  She was inspired by many vintage clothing pieces and began her clothing line based around some of these simple and classic hard-to-find pieces.  Arts & Science currently has multiple shops throughout Japan, each with a slightly different focus from clothing to food to hand-crafted wears.
