This jacquard fabric is absolutely stunning.  It is soft but still has a wonderful structure to it, which compliments the silhouette of the skirt perfectly to make it flow in the wind effortlessly as you walk.  We can see this style worn casually or dressed up - it would look amazing with a sweater as well.  It has an elasticated waistband and asymmetrical top yoke with gathers running along the yoke.
